Ballet is harder because it is a sport and an art form, whereas Football is just a sport.

Ballet is a type of performance dance that originated in the fifteenth century during the Italian Renaissance and later developed in France and Russia into a concert dance form. Since then, it has become a widespread, highly technical form of dance based on French terminology with its own vocabulary.

 

Ballet dancers train for weeks for hours and hours, and every practice is almost on the scale of training for Olympic athletes.

When someone says ballet is easier than some other sports, they have clearly not tried it.
